On installation day, we bring the machine, mount or position it in the agreed location, connect it to a standard 110V outlet, configure the VMS software with your venue's product selection, and run a full test of the ID scanner and payment system. Most installations are completed in two to three hours. We then walk your staff through how the machine works and leave you with a printed quick-reference guide.
Our wall-mounted unit requires a standard 110V outlet within six feet of the mounting location and approximately 18 inches of wall width by 24 inches of wall height. The floor-standing model needs a 110V outlet nearby and a footprint of roughly 24 inches wide by 18 inches deep. No special electrical work is required in most venues. Our team confirms all requirements during the free site assessment before any commitment is made.
Very little. We ask that the agreed wall space or floor area is clear and accessible on installation day, and that a standard outlet is within reach. If any minor modifications are needed, such as adding a dedicated outlet, we will let you know during the site assessment so you have time to arrange it. We handle all mounting hardware, cabling, and machine configuration ourselves.
Absolutely. Placement is a collaborative decision. Washington law requires the machine to be in an area where persons under 21 are prohibited by law or policy, so it cannot be placed in a publicly accessible area. Within those legal boundaries, we work with you to find the spot that maximizes visibility and convenience for your guests, whether that is near the bar, in a hallway, or in a lounge area.
